Our Floral Guarantee & Replacement Policy

We stand behind the quality of every floral arrangement we create. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we want to make it right.

If your arrangement shows signs of poor quality, please let us know within 48 hours of the time of delivery or pickup. We kindly ask that you email a photo of the arrangement to help us assess the issue.

We’re happy to replace any item that doesn’t meet our standards due to damage or freshness concerns.

Please note that returns and replacements are offered on a quality basis only. Because each floral design is handcrafted and unique, differences in style or personal taste do not qualify for replacement.

Flowers are delicate and perishable by nature. To ensure the longest vase life possible, recipients are responsible for re-cutting stems and refreshing water daily.
